Pansea Hotel
This spectacular 49 room hotel, an imposing Burmese teak mansion restored to its pristine glory, stands majestically amidst a lotus garden, downtown in the Embassy Quarter of Yangon (formerly Rangoon, Burma). Its teak rooms are luxuriously decorated in tropical cottons and silks, looking over the private lotus garden and free-form pool. Strand Hotel
Built in 1901, as one of a grand group of hotels owned by the Sarkies brothers, the Strand Hotel is recognised as a national landmark.
Recently renovated to reflect the epoch of the 1920’s and 1930’s, the hotel is now managed and operated by GHM.
There are 32 suites featuring high ceilings, polished wooden floors with spacious bedroom and bathroom. The Strand Suite, the premier suite, features a master bedroom, two sitting rooms, dining room and two bath rooms.
The 23 Deluxe and 8 Superior suites are all of a similar design, with deluxe suites offering a better location and views.
All suites are tastefully furnished with comfortable chairs and sofas, either king or twin double beds and bathrooms feature separate bath, shower with full amenities.
